The challenge
Sheff Invest is building a new residential building in Podujevë and needs to sell apartments while construction is still going. Buyers, including the diaspora, need to understand the apartments, the quality and the financing before they can visit, and the page needs fresh content every week.
What we did
- Monthly social media management since July 2026: content and campaign visuals
- Instagram carousels presenting each apartment type with floor plans and sizes
- Story and ad formats
- Campaign lines such as "Shtëpia e re po të pret", "Jetë më afër natyrës" and "Hapni dyert e së nesërmes"
- Posts explaining building features and NLB bank financing
- Banners and a sales offer presentation
The solution
A calm, premium look built on deep blue, the Sheff Invest logo and the building itself as the hero. Each month has its own campaign idea, while carousels break the offer into clear pieces: one apartment type per slide, with floor plan, square meters and rooms. The result is a page that works as a sales catalog, not just a feed of announcements.
